Personal Care
When daily routines need a little extra support, we are here to help.
What Personal Care Includes
Personal Care services focus on the physical and personal needs of the individual. This includes assistance with bathing, dressing and grooming, personal hygiene, toileting, mobility and transfers and medication reminders. The care plan is built around what each person actually needs rather than a fixed package.
Who Qualifies
To receive Personal Care services through Missouri Medicaid the individual must be enrolled in MO HealthNet and meet functional eligibility requirements. An in-home assessment is completed as part of the process to determine the level of need. Our team can walk you through every step from the first call.
